Nutcracker in a Nutshell
“The Nutcracker In A Nutshell”
The David Taylor Dance Theatre’s acclaimed production of “The Nutcracker In A Nutshell” is a one-hour performance specifically designed for children and families. This perfect introduction to the world’s most famous ballet features eight major dance excerpts in full costume, including favorite characters such as the Nutcracker, the Mouse King, Clara and the Sugar Plum Fairy. In addition, David Taylor’s informative narration brings to life the history and story of the ballet, along with some “behind-the-scenes” peeks into what goes into mounting this huge production onto the stage each year.
